About
We have run the organizations we now train.
We come out of go-to-market and product organizations in B2B software: companies taken from tens of millions to hundreds of millions, through to the exits. We have been the people accountable for the number a consultant was hired to improve.
That is not a common background in this work. It is most of why we do it differently.
Why we exist
A company buys AI, runs a training session, and six months later the usage dashboard looks almost exactly like it did before. Everyone can see it. Nobody wants to be the one to say it in the meeting.
What sits underneath is not a tool problem. The directors and team leads, the people who actually own how work gets done, were handed licenses and no method. They were being asked to become AI experts, which is the wrong job. Their job is to redesign the work, and to decide where human judgment has to stay.
How we teach it
In your tools, on your workflows. We build agents, automate real processes, and work across Claude, Copilot, Gemini and ChatGPT. When we show a leader what is possible, it is a screen recording of something we built, not a slide about it.
A seasoned executive who can hold her own with CEOs of the largest companies out there. The ability to balance big picture strategy with the tactical chops to GSD.

Where we have done it
More than 100 programs and over 1,000 people trained, across five sectors: enterprise technology, consumer products, financial data, professional services, and public education.
What we believe, in three lines
AI risk doesn’t sit with “the AI team.” It sits with the leaders accountable for the work AI supports.
Rules built on categories break. Rules built on consequences hold.
If you can’t name a reviewer, you can’t ship it.
Where this starts
Most companies can’t say whether their AI spend worked, because nobody measured what it replaced.
We measure before the first session and again after the last, so you have real numbers when someone asks. If the numbers don’t move, you will know that too.
