Train your team to work differently, not to use a tool.

Most companies start with the ten-hour program. When your own people are ready to run it themselves, we certify them.

For your team

Ten hours. Up to 40 leaders. One redesigned workflow each.

Three facilitated sessions, built on your tools and your workflows. Between sessions two and three, every leader runs a thirty-day trial on one real workflow they own.

Ten hours of your leaders' time, across about ten weeks.

The sequence does not move: evidence, then judgment, then AI assignment, then the trial, then an honest decision about scale.

$849 per seat

What you get
  • A baseline from your own usage data before the first session
  • One redesigned workflow per leader, shipped during the program, not after it
  • A written judgment rule for each workflow: where a human stays, and why
  • A measured readout after the last session, against the baseline
  • Named owners for whatever the evidence says to scale

Next cohort: 15 November 2026.

For your L&D team

Your people deliver it. We certify them.

An annual license to run the curriculum in-house. Your facilitators train with us, get certified, and renew by actually running a cohort, not by sitting a test.

This is the version that scales past what any outside team can deliver, and it is where most clients end up once the first cohort has landed.

For one leader

Five hours. One workflow. Nobody's approval required.

Open enrollment, online, for a leader who does not have a budget line or a sponsor and is not going to wait for one. Bring one real workflow. Leave with it redesigned. Thirty days of office hours afterward.

Next date: 15 November 2026.

After the program

The part that usually goes missing.

A monthly cadence with your executive sponsor once the program ends: what the numbers did, what to run next, what to stop. Most of the value of a program is decided in the ninety days after it finishes, and that is usually when everyone goes quiet.

Questions we get

"We already did training."

What is utilization now? Training is an event. Adoption is a program.

"The vendor's training is free."

It teaches features. It cannot teach your workflows, and nobody measures whether it changed anything.

"Why not a strategy firm?"

They will give you an excellent strategy and hand off a document. We do the part after.

"Why not our implementation partner?"

Their training exists to sell you software. Ours exists to move utilization, which is why ours gets measured.

Where this starts

Most companies can’t say whether their AI spend worked, because nobody measured what it replaced.

We measure before the first session and again after the last, so you have real numbers when someone asks. If the numbers don’t move, you will know that too.
